Q) Do you ship to the United States or Internationally?

 A) At this time we currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

 Q) If I make a purchase, is it a final sale?

  A) We  offer a return on merchandise if you notify us by phone (905)-664-3002 or email (agiftforyou@cogeco.ca)  within 24 hours of receipt of the product. When you notify us we will give you a Return Authorization Number and this number must be included with the returned item or no refund will be given. All shippings charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  For U.S returns all shipping charges and any other associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.   Unfortunately for health reasons all necklace sets that include earrings and earrings are a final sale.

  Q) Do you accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover?

   A)   We are set up to accept payment through Paypal and Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal payment options.

 Q)      Is it safe and secure to place an order online on your website?

 A)   Yes, when you place an order online, your order is placed through Globecharge a secure ordering system with SSL security so all of your information is securely sent.  Paypal then processes the transaction and your information is protected by SSL security with an encryption key length of 128 bits ( the highest commercially available).   

Q) I am new at placing orders online.  Do you have step by step instructions?

A) The following is a step by step checklist for placing online orders on A Gift For You's website.  As a reminder the Pay Now button must be clicked to completely process the transaction with payment.

  1. Add Items to basket and when you are ready to checkout select go to checkout.
  2. Select Country and State or Province and then shipping method by Canada Post
  3. Click Secure checkout
  4. Click I accept terms and conditions
  5. Now your Globecharge secure ordering form is displayed.  Select Payment method, Enter billing address
  6. Then you click the button review secure order
  7. At this point a review of you order should be shown and then you click the send securely button
  8. It then states processing order  can take up to 3 minutes however usually it doesn’t take that long
  9. At this point you enter Paypal Secure Transaction Area
  10. If you have an account you log in on the right hand side
  11. If you don’t have an account on the left hand side you click continue
  12. You now enter your billing information and credit card number. Also make sure you enter the CSC digits which are the last three digits in the signature area of the card, you then click review order and continue
  13. This now reviews your payment details and when you finally click the Pay Now button the order and payment are completed through Paypal and you will receive the payment confirmation email as well as the order and thank confirmation..

Q. Why do you ship via Canada Post and UPS?

A. We have had some customers who need their parcel in a fast time frame.  So no we offer UPS shipping with UPS Standard, UPS Expedited and UPS Express shipping service.  However, Canada Post stil remains our most economical shipping method.
